Role Overview As a member of the Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) with a focus on troubleshooting, you coordinate all troubleshooting and AOG support activities across EAT and non-EAT outstations and ensure the relevant technical information reaches all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all troubleshooting activities and AOG support at EAT and non-EAT outstations. Prepare task cards for troubleshooting activities at EAT and non-EAT stations. Work with Engineering to obtain manufacturer approvals for maintenance measures. Coordinate and align with the Duty Manager, MCC, MOC, Planning, Stores and Engineering. Monitor and analyse defects and fault messages in accordance with the AMM, FIM and manufacturer instructions. Support and carry out troubleshooting activities at EAT and non-EAT outstations. Document troubleshooting activities and the measures taken for recurring defects. Take responsibility for providing all troubleshooting-relevant information to the Duty Manager, Engineering, MCC and MOC. Continuously review deferred defects and delays within the fleet managed by EAT CAMO. Initiate structured troubleshooting measures and follow them up. Support weekend planning. Contribute to cross-departmental projects. Licences & Qualifications Holder of a certifying staff licence in accordance with EASA Part-66 AML Category B1 or B2. Completed university degree with several years of relevant professional experience, or many years of relevant professional experience in aircraft maintenance. Experience At least five years of experience in work preparation and planning within aircraft maintenance. Requirements Very good written and spoken German and English. Good knowledge of IT applications.
