Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, adhering to company and legal standards regarding service, food safety, and health and safety

  • Engage with customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Assist the Supervisor in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform start-of-shift duties, including stocking service counters and maintaining cleanliness in the seating area
  • During the shift, responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and have a comprehensive understanding of menu items to make recommendations
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest alternatives if needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in on their needs and addressing any feedback or issues
  • Bid farewell to customers in a genuine and professional manner
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and accurately record food and beverage wastage 
  • Collaborate and support the rest of the lounge team as required
  • Interact with customers to anticipate their needs and work with the Supervisor, Lounge Service Delivery Manager, and the Premium Service Team to create special lounge experiences for high-value customers
  • Stay updated on regulatory and service requirements, ensuring alignment with operational standards


  • Right to work in Hong Kong
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, and luxury hotel or similar capacity is advantageous
  • Experience in a lounge/airport setting is desirable.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.  Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with an energetic, helpful, and outgoing personality
  • Keen to develop a career in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, great teamwork, ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible to work different shifts and overtime when flights are delayed
