Role Overview We are looking for B1.1 trained Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) to support our base maintenance operations. The role involves aircraft inspection, functional testing and certification. Key Responsibilities Perform routine aircraft maintenance activities and rectify aircraft defects on a day-to-day basis Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with approved maintenance data, company procedures, regulatory authority requirements and customer standards Perform aircraft certificate of release to service (CRS) certification for aircraft maintenance and repair in line with the company authorisation issued by the Quality Department Assist in forecasting manpower, spare parts, tooling and equipment requirements to support maintenance operations Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at all times Support investigations into incidents and accidents, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented Ensure proper maintenance, accountability and serviceability of tools and equipment Supervise, manage and maintain the discipline of staff under assigned responsibility Perform any other job-related duties as and when required Licences & Qualifications Licence: B1.1 licence holder Candidates holding a licence without a type rating from the above issuing authorities are also welcome to apply Opportunity to convert to a CAAS licence for licence holders who do not already hold one Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous and organised What We Offer Permanent and fixed-term contract roles available Support to convert an existing licence to a CAAS licence
Requirements
- Perform routine aircraft maintenance activities and rectify aircraft defects on a day-to-day basis

- Perform aircraft certificate of release to service (CRS) certification for aircraft maintenance and repair in line with the company authorisation issued by the Quality Department
