Role Overview The Boeing 757 Pilot performs as a member of a select team of professional flight crews and maintenance personnel, ensuring operations, training and safety management goals are met. The role adheres to all scheduling, coordinating, training, certification and qualification requirements, complies with crew flight and duty time limitations and standard operating procedures, and works in close coordination with the customer to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support outstanding customer service. The position requires short-notice travel and on-call responsibilities. Employment is conditional on maintaining a DoD Top Secret security clearance, successful completion of the 757 type rating and, eventually, a G5 type rating. The role requires being domiciled within one hour response time of Richmond International Airport to meet time-sensitive schedule requirements and on-call responsibilities. Location: Richmond, Virginia (onsite). Schedule: 5/8. Key Responsibilities Operate the Boeing 757 as part of a professional flight crew, meeting operations, training and safety management goals. Comply with crew flight and duty time limitations and standard operating procedures. Interface daily with customers at numerous levels and maintain a culture of safety. Complete the 757 type rating and the G550 type rating if required. Licences & Qualifications Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, with experience on aircraft of 74,000 lbs MTGW or greater. Class II FAA flight physical (First Class if aged 65 or older). Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Ability to obtain an FAA airport clearance / security badge. Must be a U.S. citizen. Preferred: active DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance; RVSM trained. Experience Minimum 3,000 total flight hours. Minimum 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) flight hours. Minimum 1,500 multi-engine turbine hours. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Familiarity or experience with FAA FAR Part 91/121/125/135 preferred. Preferred: current experience of 500 flight hours on the 757/767; international experience. Requirements Highly skilled, with a high degree of tact and strong interpersonal communication skills. Outstanding organisational skills. Ability to read, speak and write English. Ability to lift and/or move 50-75 pounds above the head. Willingness and ability to work assigned shifts seven days a week, 12 hours a day, to support company objectives. What We Offer Salary range of $108,000 - $243,500 for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York State, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia, under pay transparency requirements.
