Using advanced algorithms and software, they develop solutions to enhance resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Their work involves collaborating with different departments to implement these solutions effectively. Additionally, they monitor the impact of optimization strategies and adjust models as necessary to adapt to changing conditions and ensure continuous improvement.
We will entrust you to
- Improve existing optimization solutions within the company, enhance their performance and efficiency
- Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvements, and implement new optimization solutions and decision support systems
- Develop and implement mathematical models to solve business problems and optimize operations
- Collect, prepare, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Perform simulations and optimization techniques to improve processes and efficiency
- Integrate mathematical models and data into optimization solution software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
What you will need to succeed
- University degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with optimization techniques and data analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with Gurobi Optimization is an advantage
- Solid English skills, both written and spoken
