Key Responsibilities Assist in flight planning, route calculation, fuel policy, and alternates selection. Support crew briefings and pre-departure documentation. Monitor flights in progress and coordinate rerouting or changes as needed. Participate in post-flight analysis and flight safety reports. Operate with flight planning tools ( Jeppesen, LEON, and others).
Requirements Aviation studies (flight dispatch training or equivalent). Dispatcher license is desirable but not mandatory. Upper-intermediate English level (B2 minimum); comfortable with pilot/ATC communication. Able to handle stress and make real-time decisions. Interest in developing in OCC / flight dispatch environments.
