About the Company Hi Fly is a leading aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide with Airbus widebody aircraft. The wet lease market is highly demanding, and airlines increasingly opt for wet lease solutions because they are reliable, safe and efficient. As a result, the Hi Fly fleet is growing steadily with new widebody additions in the coming months. Role Overview Hi Fly is offering a partially self-sponsored Junior First Officer Program for aspiring pilots beginning their professional flying careers. What We Offer Comprehensive type rating training: computer-based training, ground school and continuous simulator sessions led by experienced instructors and examiners, leading to certification on a widebody aircraft. Diverse line training: fly across Hi Fly's extensive global network, gaining experience at a wide variety of airports worldwide. Career growth: unfreeze your licence with Hi Fly and advance through the Route to Command programme. Global exposure: transatlantic flying, ETOPS operations and unique destinations across the globe. Work-life balance: a 22 days on / 10 days off roster pattern, with company-paid positioning flights to and from your home base. Early career compensation: salary starting from completion of ground school, a step-change fixed base salary, variable pay based on block hours, and per diem when outside your home base. Licences & Qualifications Valid EASA CPL or frozen ATPL. Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating. Valid EU (Part-MED) Class 1 medical certificate. Certificate of satisfactory completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) in accordance with FCL.745.A. Certificate of satisfactory completion of Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) in accordance with AMC1 FCL.735.A. Candidates with Airline Pilot Standards MCC (APS MCC) certification under AMC2 FCL.735.A have a distinct advantage in the interview and assessment process. Minimum ICAO English Level 5. Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU. Requirements A flight school (ATO) report written in English and signed by the flight school's Head of Training. The report must include all ATPL results with details of any retakes, CPL and ME/IR series passes, and information about your performance throughout training.
