Junior Crew Planning Assistant

Reports to: Head Ops.
Direction Location: Zaragoza -Spain
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
Level: Junior / Entry-level (engineering degree not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities Support daily crew rostering in compliance with current FTL regulations (EASA or other applicable). Assist in handling short-notice operational disruptions (delays, swaps, absences). Coordinate with Operations, OCC and HR departments. Update planning tools and crew management software (Leon). Contribute to post-flight reporting and crew compliance analysis.
Requirements Vocational or university-level training in aviation, administration, or similar. Knowledge of FTL rules or crew scheduling tools is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; crew planning software experience is a plus. Intermediate to upper-intermediate English (B1–B2). Strong organizational and communication skills; team-oriented.
