About the Company Rishworth Aviation is recruiting AW139/H145 Instructor Pilots for an operator based in Abu Dhabi. Role Overview The Instructor Pilot will be in charge of training new pilots in accordance with both regulatory and organisational requirements. This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation; mobility assistance will be provided for successful candidates. Key Responsibilities Deliver ground and flight training on helicopter systems, manoeuvres and emergency procedures in compliance with aviation regulations. Evaluate pilot performance through flight checks and simulator sessions, and provide feedback for skill development. Maintain accurate training records and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Develop and update training materials, incorporating best practices and new technologies. Requirements Total time: 4,500 hours. PIC hours: 1,000 hours. AW139/H145 hours: 1,500 hours. Night hours: 200 hours. Licences & Qualifications English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
