Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments
  • Develop, update, and maintain Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings, including:
    • EASA Part 145 Continuation Training
    • EWIS, FTS, and SMS Training
    • EASA Part CAMO Continuation Training
    • EASA Part 21G / 21J Continuation Training
  • Deliver internal training programs (theoretical, technical, or practical), except those requiring EASA Part 147 approval
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Administrative Staff to manage the implementation and follow-up of all AMAC internal training activities
  • Prepare and organise training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs
  • Manage and maintain the internal training certificates

The expertise you have & skills you bring

Qualification:

  • Instructor in an EASA Part 147 environment
  • Qualified Instructor in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors
  • Good knowledge of EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments
  • Holder of a Train the Trainer Certificate
  • Holder of B1/B2 EASA License

Professional Background:

  • Strong experience in EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments
  • Good knowledge of EN 9100/9110 requirements
  • Experience as a Quality Inspector, Maintenance Certifying Staff, and Training Organisation
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills
