In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of inflight service operations across all airBaltic bases. You will monitor operational performance, identify and resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards for our passengers and crew. We will entrust you to

• Monitor daily Inflight Service operations across airBaltic network and ensure stable and efficient performance
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational errors related to inflight service delivery
• Investigate operational claims and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders
• Cooperate closely with catering partners, airBaltic IT and Crew Operations departments to address reporting issues and ensure accurate data and processes
• Manage ad-hoc catering requests and coordinate catering arrangements for charter flights
• Support operational continuity by acting as a backup within the team during vacation or sick leave periods

What you will need to succeed

• University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in operational coordination, aviation services, catering operations, or a similar field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with operational data and reports
