We are looking for an experienced aviation operations professional to lead Crew Control and Crew Tracking functions, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day crew operations. The role is responsible for managing operational teams, overseeing published rosters and operational changes, as well as acting as the business owner of the Crew Tracking system.

We will entrust you to

  • Lead and develop Crew Control and Crew Tracking teams in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Ensure smooth daily crew operations while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Manage operational disruptions, including delays, cancellations, sickness, and last-minute roster changes
  • Oversee published crew rosters and ensure all changes are implemented accurately and on time
  • Monitor crew legality, qualifications, flight time limitations, and rest requirements in compliance with EASA and company regulations
  • Act as business owner for the Crew Tracking system, driving system improvements, automation, and process optimization together with IT and vendors
  • Coordinate closely with OCC, Crew Planning, Flight Operations, and other operational stakeholders to support operational recovery and performance
  • Analyse operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficient processes and best practices
  • Support audits, regulatory compliance activities, and promote a strong safety culture

What you will need to succeed

  • At least five years of experience in Crew Control, Crew Scheduling, Airline Operations Control (OCC), Flight Operations or Crew rostering systems
  • At least two years of leadership experience managing controllers or operational teams
  • Strong knowledge of EASA FTL regulations, crew legality and duty limitations
  • Ability to make fast operational decisions in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and people-management capabilities
  • Fluent English at an aviation operational level
  • Previous experience working in a shift-based and 24/7 operational environment
