Are you a results-driven aviation professional with experience in wet lease or charter sales?

We are looking for Head of ACMI and Charters to help us lease out our aircraft to airline partners around the world. This is your chance to work at the heart of a dynamic commercial team and turn market demand into long-term partnerships.

You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll be joining a team of professionals committed to growing airBaltic’s ACMI footprint across Europe and beyond.

Join our team and take airBaltic’s aircraft to the world!

We will entrust you to

  • Own and drive the commercial performance of airBaltic’s ACMI and charter business, ensuring strong profitability and high aircraft utilisation year-round (especially in the off-season)
  • Lead ACMI and charter sales activities end-to-end: pipeline development, pricing, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Secure and develop long-term cooperation with airlines, brokers, tour operators, and other partners
  • Manage the planning and execution of ACMI/charter agreements in close coordination with Network Planning & Scheduling, Operations, and Finance
  • Lead and develop a small team (3 direct reports), ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and delivery of targets

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in ACMI, charter, aviation B2B sales, aircraft leasing, or a closely related commercial aviation role
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to deliver revenue, profitability, and high utilisation through structured deal-making
  • Solid understanding of airline economics, cost drivers, and operational constraints impacting ACMI and charter performance
  • Confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills, able to represent the company at senior customer level
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
