H145 Standardization Instructor Pilots

Aerviva is seeking highly skilled H145 Standardization Instructor Pilots to join a leading aerospace & defense company in the Middle East.

In this role, you’ll define, evaluate, and uphold training standards, ensuring excellence across aircrew operations while mentoring elite pilots.

Key Responsibilities

• Report and work directly with the Aircrew Training Manager of the organization.
• Serve as a Ground and Flight Instructor, training aircrew on both basic and advanced courses (Conversion, NVG, Hoist, Tactical) on the H145.
• Conduct Flight Check Flights (FCF) on the H145 helicopter.
• Prepare training plans based on organizational requirements.
• Ensure all regulations are up-to-date and compliant with client standards.
• Advise client commanders on aircrew training requirements specific to the H145.
• Develop, write, and maintain training materials, publications, syllabi, and exams, performing periodic updates as required.
• Maintain and monitor training records for deployed aircrew.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Instructor Pilot from a recognized aviation institution
• FAA/EASA/ATP/CFI/CFII/SOL (Simulator Operator Instructor) or equivalent
• Military background preferred
• Minimum flight hours:
  • 5,000 Rotary Wing
  • 2,000 as Pilot Instructor
  • 1000 NVG
  • 300 on H-145/EC145
  • Minimum 100 flight hours in the past year
• Experience in Hoist operations, NVG, FCF, and Tactical flights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must pass medical evaluation, theoretical exam, practical assessment, company interview, and government security clearance.
• All qualifications must be verifiable with official documentation.
