Job Description
Role Overview Mission: ensure the correct delivery of instruction and training activities in the A320 simulator, in accordance with the company's Instruction Programme, contributing to the development, standardisation and maintenance of flight crew competencies. Key Responsibilities Deliver A320 simulator sessions (FFS/FTD) for the instruction activities described in the company's Instruction Programme. Record the results of each session promptly and prepare performance reports, reporting trends or deficiencies to the Head of Instruction and to Operations Management. Take part in instructor standardisation meetings and in the continuous improvement of training programmes and scenarios. Support theoretical (ground school) and procedures instruction when required. Licences & Qualifications Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATP) issued or validated by the DGAC of Peru, with a current or previous A320 type rating . Experience Demonstrable experience as a Captain, preferably on A320 family aircraft. Previous experience as a flight and/or A320 simulator instructor ( TRI, SFI, TRE or equivalent) in an airline or training centre.
