Flight/Simulator Instructor (Internal Position)

Operational and Training Requirements:

• Hold the licenses and ratings required to act as Pilot-in-Command in operations under RAD 121, as applicable.

• Have successfully completed the required training phases for the aircraft, including the recurrent training necessary to act as Pilot-in-Command.

• Have satisfactorily passed the academic evaluations and competency checks required to act as Pilot-in-Command.

• Have satisfactorily completed the training requirements, including flight instruction and practice for both initial and recurrent training.

• Hold a valid Class I medical certificate.

• Have no prior observations related to performance, operational safety, or non-compliance with procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in multi-crew aircraft.
• Accumulate a minimum of 6,000 total flight hours.
• Have at least 1,000 hours on B737 type (preferred).
• Have at least 1 year of seniority in the company.
• Have previous experience as an aircraft and simulator instructor (preferred).
• Preferably be based in Santo Domingo or be willing to relocate to that base.
