Job Description: AIM OF THE POSITION: Give flight instruction within Airbus Chile Training Center and its network. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Deliver training and evaluation in any course available in the Airbus Training Catalogue, ensuring thoroughness, quality and excellence in every interaction with Airbus customers. REQUIREMENTS: • Hold or have held a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) License &amp; Frozen ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) or ATPL; • Simulator Instructor experience as an SFI/TRI on A320 / A330 / A350; • Minimum English Language Proficiency Rating of 4 - Be able to teach, brief and de-brief in fluent English; • A minimum of 3 000 hours as Pilot including a minimum of 1 500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA); • Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) as Pilot; • Minimum of three years commercial aviation experience as pilot on Certification Specifications 25 (FAR25) or Certification Specifications 23 (FAR23) aircrafts in Multi Pilot Operation (MPO), preferably on Airbus aircraft type; • Be able to perform on an appropriate and efficient manner all the maneuvers (normal and abnormal) to be demonstrated during the training; CONTRACT CONDITIONS: Permanent contract + Salary consistent with current market + AIRBUS benefits. SYNTHETIC FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR

Job Description: Airbus Blagnac is looking for a Synthetic Flight Instructor (NON FLYING POSITION) to join the Airbus Training Centre. You will Instruct airline crews converting to Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for a specific type (or types) using: <ul><li>Fixed Base Simulators,</li><li>Classroom,</li><li>Airbus Pilots Training Devices</li><li>Full Flight Simulators</li></ul> You will give stand-up lectures in order to insure airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency. You will adhere to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations. You will instruct the crews within the defined time limits. You will evaluate the crews' progression. You will decide, need be, on the necessity to give any extra session to achieve the level of proficiency. Task &amp; accountabilities : You will be responsible for the following activities: <ul><li>Instruct crews using the above mentioned training devices</li><li>Deliver if required (and after being indoctrinated) others specific courses ( ETOPS, performance..)</li><li>Need be, participate in courses development or in standardization instruction.</li></ul> Required skills : <ul><li>You have acquired 3000 hours of total flight time as pilot with minimum 1500 flight hours on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA).</li><li>You hold or have held a EASA CPL License and a frozen EASA ATPL or a valid EASA ATPL license (this is a plus).</li><li>You have or have held a type rating on Airbus aircraft is a plus.</li><li>A Synthetic Flight Instructor Authorization or experience as Instructor would be a plus.</li><li>A negotiation level of English is required for this position.</li><li>You are recognised for your pedagogy, your perseverance, your flexibility, your curiosity and your adaptability.</li><li>You are available for business trips worldwide.</li></ul> Are you interested by this job position? if so, Apply now!
