Requirements: • Hold or have held a CPL with Frozen ATPL or ATPL (with A320 Rating), preferably EASA authority • A valid A330/A350 type rating will be an advantage • Fluent in English • Hold or have held an SFI and/or SFE Authorization from the same Authority as the ATPL • Completed Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) as Pilot • A minimum of 3 000 hours as Pilot • A minimum of 1 500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA) • Minimum of 3 years commercial aviation experience as Pilot on FAR 25 / CS 25 or FAR 23 / CS 23 aircrafts in Multi Pilot Operation (MPO), preferably on Airbus Aircraft • Be able to teach, brief and de-brief in fluent English. Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI)

About This Role Conduct training duties in accordance with the FSI job description. Reports to the HOT. Follow the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Recommend revisions to SOPs, where appropriate Assist with the preparation of courseware and training materials, including theoretical examinations, to comply with CASA requirements. Liaise with the Simulator Technical department to ensure simulators are maintained to the required training standards Monitor the progress of clients / students, and if required, to develop action plans to assist clients / students who are not progressing up to required standards. Promoting and supporting improvements and enhancements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials utilized by the ATO. Participates in the Progress, Academic &amp; Disciplinary Review Boards, and provides recommendations for remedial action (if any) concerning progress issues in training, or trainee disciplinary issues. When required, to conduct FFS / FTD training sessions in conjunction with office duties. Any other duties assigned by the Lead Instructor or HOT. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 1000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC) on a multi- crew jet transport. Hold a valid Simulator Instructor Rating, or equivalent rating or certification. Hold / have held an ICAO-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with minimum ICAO English level 5. Previous experience in Airline/ATO training. Previous experience as a TRI/TRE/SFI/FI/DFE .
