Role Overview Top Aces is recruiting a full-time A-4 Skyhawk pilot for its Nordholz site, expected to move to Wittmund from around the end of 2026. The role offers the chance to keep flying a fighter jet after leaving the military cockpit and to help train the next generations of jet pilots. Key Responsibilities Safe and professional conduct of missions as an A-4 Skyhawk pilot in the airborne target presentation role Fly red-air support, air-to-ground, navy support and GCI training missions in support of our German and other international customers Plan, support and conduct missions at other Top Aces locations in Germany as well as from other national and international operating locations Requirements Support for our 'Safety First' flight safety culture Strong teamwork skills Willingness to take part in exercises and deployments in Germany and abroad on behalf of our customers Willingness to undertake further training A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently Licences & Qualifications CPL/IR or ATPL issued by EASA, the FAA or Transport Canada; information on obtaining these licences can be provided Experience Former German Bundeswehr fast-jet pilot with at least 1,000 hours as pilot in command on fighter aircraft At least two years within the last five years as an active pilot in tactical flight operations on Bundeswehr fighter aircraft What We Offer A secure, permanent position in a growing international company A unique opportunity to continue flying fighter jets after leaving the military cockpit and to train the next generations of jet pilots Flexible working hours — administrative work can occasionally be done remotely when the flight schedule allows A responsible, varied role in a highly motivated international team Attractive remuneration package including allowances and very good salary progression Monthly pilot insurance premium Option of a company pension scheme Additional Information Applications are preferred online via topaces.com and should state your salary expectations and earliest possible start date. Requirements

• Safe and professional conduct of missions as an A-4 Skyhawk pilot in the airborne target presentation role
