Based in Italy, grow in a structured airline and upgrade to Captain. Start as FO, complete your type rating, fly for 6 months, then begin the upgrade. - Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests
- Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti's operational directives
- Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills - Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner
- Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
Requirements
In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a team, you will need a clear motivation to take the next step in your career by upgrading to Captain
- EASA ATPL (A) License
- Excellent knowledge of Italian (non-native speakers must demonstrate at least B2 level)
- Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
- Minimum of 3,000 flight hours in airline operations
- At least 3 years of experience as a First Officer in airline operations
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
- Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
