Role Overview Norwegian's Experienced Non-Type Rated First Officer project is open for applications. This is a permanent position; by applying you may ultimately receive an offer for a base in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Latvia or Spain. Requirements EASA ATPL or CPL licence plus ATPL theory EASA Medical Class 1 AUPRT and MCC (unless you hold or have held a multi-pilot type rating on an EASA licence) Multi-engine IR must be valid at the start of the course with Norwegian ELP level 5 or higher No criminal record and able to pass a five-year security check Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEA region Unrestricted passport Minimum height of 157 cm (approximately 5 ft 2 in) for safe cockpit operation Experience Minimum 1,500 hours total time (800 hours total for military pilots) 500 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft Selection Process You apply and receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. The pilot licence should preferably be issued by Denmark, Sweden or Norway. Non-Scandinavian EASA licences are accepted but must be converted to a Danish, Swedish or Norwegian licence within 12 months of signing a contract with Norwegian.
