Job Description

About the Company Rishworth Aviation is partnering with a world-class airline in Abu Dhabi to recruit A320 Captains for 2026. Direct applicants through Rishworth Aviation benefit from a fast-tracked process, including pre-booked application slots. Role Overview A320 Captain based in Abu Dhabi. The position requires relocation, and mobility assistance will be provided for successful candidates. Education sponsorship, medical cover and insurance are included, along with further employee benefits. Requirements Minimum 5,500 hours total flying time. Minimum 2,500 PIC hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft (aircraft with an FMS coupled to APFD). Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on one of the A320 family. Flown A320 family within the last 12 months and current on A320. A320 type rating valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining. Must not have attained the age of 59 on the day of joining. Where hours were accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of the total hours count towards the required minimum. Licences & Qualifications Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL. Unrestricted and current Class 1 medical certificate. English language fluency (written and verbal), Level 4 or higher. Current TRE/TRI is an advantage.
