airBaltic is taking digital marketing to the next level to meet its ambitious business and corporate targets. We are now seeking new talents who want to excel in building targeted and segmented communications across the company's direct channels by using the most modern digital tools.

We will entrust you to

• Create content for our email marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey - from announcing news to sending practical information about booked trips
• Work with a sophisticated direct marketing platform by creating email templates, segmenting target audiences and sending out the campaigns
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B tests in order to meet the company’s goals and digital marketing KPIs

What you will need to succeed

• Higher education or final-year student in E-commerce, Marketing or another related field
• Excellent knowledge of English and Latvian language and good copywriting skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Experience with email marketing platforms and basic HTML knowledge will be considered as an advantage
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
