Job Description

About the Company The role is contracted through Rishworth Aviation to support a confidential luxury resort aviation operation in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Role Overview This is a rare chance to combine world-class aviation work with island life in East Nusa Tenggara. You will be the technical lead ensuring safe, reliable flight operations for a high-end guest experience while living and working in a remote tropical setting, keeping the helicopter mission-ready. Key Responsibilities Conduct safe and efficient EC135 flight operations for guest transfers, resort logistics and mission-specific tasks. Perform pre-flight planning, weather assessment, weight and balance calculations and route selection. Complete all required flight documentation, including operational logs, manifests and regulatory reporting. Ensure strict compliance with FAA/ICAO operational standards, local regulations and resort standard operating procedures. Coordinate daily flying schedules with resort management and Rishworth Aviation. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and liaise with maintenance personnel for defect reporting and rectification. Provide passenger briefings, uphold premium hospitality standards and ensure a seamless guest experience. Champion safety culture, participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous operational improvement. Requirements Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, including substantial PIC helicopter experience. Strong English communication skills for operational coordination and guest interaction. Licences & Qualifications Valid FAA Commercial Rotorcraft licence with Instrument Rating, or equivalent ICAO licence. Experience EC135 T2/T3 time is highly desirable. Experience in VIP, private or luxury resort flight operations. Familiarity with tropical and maritime flying environments. Ability to operate independently in a remote setting with limited local infrastructure. Professional, guest-facing demeanour suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
