About the Company Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is the national airline of Morocco and one of the most prominent carriers in Africa, connecting over 100 destinations in more than 80 countries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas from its hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca. It operates a growing Embraer E190 fleet. Recruitment is handled by Brookfield Aviation. Role Overview Royal Air Maroc is seeking experienced E190 Captains to join its flight operations team on a renewable contract, with commencement dates available from January 2026. Requirements Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on the E170/190. English proficiency ELP Level 4 or above. Clean accident and incident history. Clean criminal record. Licences & Qualifications Valid ATPL licence with E170/190 type rating. Current Class 1 Medical Certificate. What We Offer Contract: up to 5 years, renewable annually from an initial 1-year term. Base: Casablanca, Morocco. Remuneration: competitive pay comprising basic salary plus overtime and a loyalty bonus. Roster: 7 days off per month. Accommodation allowance provided. 24 days annual leave plus 6 days sick leave per year. Positioning flight tickets included. Ground transport between headquarters and the airport.
