• Position Overview: We are seeking a Director to lead an EASA Part-145 certified aircraft maintenance organization based in Zaragoza. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational, technical, and regulatory management of the organization, ensuring full compliance with EASA and AESA regulations while driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Minimum Requirements:  University degree in engineering or technical field (aerospace, mechanical).  At least 5 years of experience in the aviation maintenance sector (Part145, CAMO or similar).  Strong working knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-M and Part-CAMO regulations.  Proven leadership and team management experience.  High level of technical English (minimum B2, or equivalent).  Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring Programs.  Excellent decision-making, planning, and communication skills.
• Key Responsibilities:  Lead and oversee all operations of the maintenance center.  Ensure full regulatory compliance with EASA and AESA standards.  Coordinate closely with the Quality Manager and other nominated post holders.  Manage technical staff, resource planning, and performance evaluation.  Supervise audits (internal and external) and implement corrective action plans.  Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.  Participate in business development and strategic planning initiatives
