Data Analyst - TRAX & Aeroxchange Program Implementation

The position is a 8 month casual contract with strong potential for extension for the right person.

  • This role will support the successful implementation of Aeroxchange by cleansing, validating and governing engineering and supply chain data within the TRAX MRO system.
  • You'll work across Engineering, Supply Chain and IT teams to ensure high-quality data, accurate reporting and a smooth program go-live.

About the Role

  • As the Data Analyst, you will:
  • Cleanse and validate TRAX master and transactional data
  • Identify data gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies
  • Define and implement data standards and validation rules
  • Support supplier onboarding into Aeroxchange
  • Validate system data mappings and assist with testing
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and automated reports
  • Provide insights on supplier performance, inventory and repair cycles
  • Support post go-live optimisation and continuous improvement
  • You will be a key link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data is accurate, trusted and ready for digital collaboration.

  • Promote best practices in data ownership

About You

  • 4-6+ years' experience in data analysis or system implementation
  • Experience with TRAX or similar Aviation MRO/ERP systems (highly desirable)
  • Strong data cleansing and governance experience
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills
  • Understanding of aviation maintenance or supply chain data (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced program environment
