Role Overview This is a full-time Corporate Pilot, Captain position based in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, and performed exclusively on site. Key Responsibilities Perform the duties of Pilot-in-Command on company aircraft on variable schedules and to variable destinations, in accordance with CAR 604 standards and regulations. Serve as Second-in-Command (first officer) on flights when required. Work varied and changing schedules and shifts, which may include on-call demands. Carry out light administrative tasks and functions related to flight operations as required. Maintain aircraft type ratings and qualifications as required by the company. Requirements Canadian citizenship with a valid Canadian passport. Ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance and CANPASS. Ability to meet Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements for training in the USA. Excellent crew resource management (CRM), communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work variable schedule hours. Ability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander, including decisive decision-making, planning and prioritisation, and to provide positive, courteous, professional service to staff and passengers. Knowledgeable and experienced in working with and complying with an established Safety Management System (SMS). This position is part of a French-speaking work environment and requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms daily, which may come from international organisations, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues. Licences & Qualifications Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL). Valid Class 1 medical certificate. Experience Minimum 3,500 hours total flying time.
