The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the airline’s cargo handling warehouse operations. This role combines strategic business development, customer relationship management, pricing and contract negotiation, ensuring that the cargo warehouse maximizes revenue opportunities in line with the company’s business goals.

About Baltic Cargo Hub – one of the largest air cargo handling facilities in the Baltics. Spanning 6 895 m², the Baltic Cargo Hub is designed to support the growing demand for efficient and modern air cargo services at RIX Riga Airport.

We will entrust you to

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow warehouse handling volumes and revenues
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new clients – airlines, freight forwarders and logistics companies
• Act as the main commercial contact for key accounts, ensuring service quality and contract compliance
• Lead contract negotiations for handling agreements and service-level terms
• Develop pricing models and tariffs in line with market conditions and company strategy

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cargo handling, aviation logistics, or freight forwarding
• Proven track record in commercial management, contract negotiation (contract values of at least €50,000), and revenue growth
• Strong financial acumen and analytical ability
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Latvian and English
