As Captain you will fly a variety of domestic and global routes, adapt quickly to changing conditions and uphold the highest standards of safety, service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Lead with confidence: take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local and company regulations. Deliver excellence: maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions for a seamless travel experience. Champion safety and compliance: perform the functions of the TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the provisions of the Twelve-Five Standard Security Program or the Private Charter Standard Security Program, as applicable. Conduct the required passenger safety briefings, or assign that duty to the second in command. Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur. Administrative excellence: manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures. Represent the brand: be the face of Jet Aviation, showing professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Licences & Qualifications Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required. FAA First Class Medical required. Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Experience Flight time: 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours multi-engine, 500 hours turbo-jet, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night and 75 hours simulated instrument. Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles. Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions. What We Offer Compensation: the anticipated salary range for this position is $245,000 to $255,000. This range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation; the final salary will be determined by factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location and other relevant considerations. Additional Information Physical requirements: tasks requiring regular use of hands, standing, walking and sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling or crouching. Work environment: a variety of environments from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces, with occasional high noise levels, vibration and exposure to fuel fumes around aircraft arrivals and departures, plus changing weather conditions and seasonal temperature extremes in hangar settings.
