Role Overview Command the skies as a Captain on the Falcon 2000LXS in an elite private aviation environment, where precision, leadership and discretion define every mission. In this role you take full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft, leading a professional crew and ensuring an exceptional experience for discerning clientele. As Captain you will fly a variety of domestic and global routes, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and uphold the highest standards of safety, service and professionalism. You will represent Jet Aviation as a trusted brand ambassador, exemplifying its core values of trust, honesty, alignment and transparency. Key Responsibilities Lead with confidence: take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local and company regulations. Deliver excellence: maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems in order to operate with precision, manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions. Champion safety and compliance: perform the functions of the TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the provisions of the Twelve-Five Standard Security Program or the Private Charter Standard Security Program, as applicable. Conduct the required passenger safety briefings, or assign that duty to the second in command. Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur. Administration: manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures. Represent the brand: be the face of Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Licences & Qualifications Licence: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required. Medical: FAA First Class Medical required. Type rating: appropriate aircraft type rating and currency. Education: high school diploma required; college degree preferred. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Experience 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time. 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command. 1,500 hours multi-engine. 500 hours turbo-jet. 500 hours turbine. 100 hours night. 75 hours simulated instrument. Requirements Flexibility: ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles. Global readiness: willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions. Work environment: a variety of settings from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces, with occasional high noise levels, vibration, exposure to fuel fumes, changing weather and seasonal temperature extremes in hangar settings. What We Offer Compensation: the anticipated salary range for this position is $245,000 to $255,000. This range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation; the final salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location and other relevant considerations.
