About the Company BJA - Business Jet Aviation of Berlin is a growing German business jet operator known for reliability, a strong service ethos and short decision-making paths. It currently operates two Cessna CJ2 aircraft and is continuously expanding both its fleet and its team. From Berlin it coordinates Europe-wide charter flights for private and business customers who value flexibility, comfort and professionalism. Role Overview As a C525 Captain at BJA you take responsibility for demanding charter flights within Europe and occasionally beyond, ensuring safe, efficient and professional flight operations in line with EASA Part-CAT and the company's internal standards. Full-time. Key Responsibilities Command on Cessna C525 Series aircraft (CJ2) Ensuring safe, reliable and customer-focused flight operations Compliance with all EASA, AOC and company requirements Professional conduct towards passengers, partners and stakeholders Active contribution to the further development and optimisation of the flight operation Exemplary CRM and a strong safety mindset Licences & Qualifications EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A) with ATPL(A) credit MCC and advanced UPRT C525 type rating (preferred, not mandatory) Class 1 medical EU work permit and valid EU passport Very good English (ICAO Level 4 or higher) Driving licence Experience At least 1,700 hours total flight experience Strong communication skills, team spirit and a service-oriented manner What We Offer Open base concept (home base flexible, with a focus on Germany) A stable and predictable duty model An attractive and fair remuneration model Additional benefits and pay components A committed, small team with short decision-making paths A modern, well-maintained CJ2 fleet Strong growth and genuine development opportunities
Requirements
- Command on Cessna C525 Series aircraft (CJ2)
- Ensuring safe, reliable and customer-focused flight operations
- Compliance with all EASA, AOC and company requirements
- Professional conduct towards passengers, partners and stakeholders
- Active contribution to the further development and optimisation of the flight operation
- Exemplary CRM and a strong safety mindset
- EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A) with ATPL(A) credit
- MCC and advanced UPRT
- C525 type rating (preferred, not mandatory)
- Class 1 medical
- EU work permit and valid EU passport
- Very good English (ICAO Level 4 or higher)
- Driving licence
