Captain - A320 family

Job Description

We are hiring Non-Type Rated Captains to reinforce our team for the 2026 season. Once successfully passed the A320 course with our ATO, you will be offered a French contract in one of Volotea's bases.

Summary

Requirements

• Total time: 5000 hours
• PIC time: 500 hours
• Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
• License req.: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders
• ESA: Medical Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Additional requirements:
• No history of accident/incident
• Valid Passport
• A high standard of teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills to recognize and solve problems
• Eager to adapt and motivated to the A320 type rating course
• Good conflict management
