About the Company La Compagnie is a French airline redefining Business Class, offering a unique and personalised travel experience from Paris, Milan and Nice to New York. Role Overview La Compagnie is seeking qualified and motivated Captains to join its Airbus A321 fleet, based at Paris-Orly Airport. The position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline known for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations. Contract type: permanent (CDI), full time. Office location: Bagneux. Published 5 October 2026. Licences & Qualifications Valid EASA ATPL(A) , issued or accepted by the French DGAC. Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR) . Valid Airbus A320 Family (A32F) type rating — selected candidates must hold this at the time of joining. Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate , compliant with Part-MED requirements. Valid European passport. English language proficiency: minimum ICAO Level 5. French language proficiency: ICAO Level 6. Experience Minimum 5,000 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft . Minimum 2,500 flight hours in airline operations. Minimum 500 flight hours on Airbus aircraft, including Airbus fly-by-wire (FBW) experience. Minimum 500 flight hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), preferably on the A320 Family (A32F). Minimum 500 flight hours in long-haul operations, on routes exceeding 3,000 NM. Requirements No history of aviation accidents or incidents. No criminal record or security restrictions. Applicants holding a valid U.S. entry visa will be given favourable consideration. Additional Information Selection process: the selection day takes place on 15 October 2026. Pre-selected candidates will be contacted by telephone on 12 October 2026 and told their interview time slot. Before the motivation interview, candidates must complete a technical knowledge assessment; only those scoring 80% or above proceed to the motivation interview. Candidates who pass the motivation interview are invited to a simulator assessment on 16 October 2026. How to apply: candidates must submit a complete application file including a detailed CV; a cover letter setting out motivation and relevant experience; copies of all relevant licences, ratings and the medical certificate; a flight time summary including Airbus hours; copies of the last three pages of the pilot logbook; a valid criminal record certificate; a copy of the passport; and any other supporting documentation deemed relevant.
