Role Overview Piedmont's flexible cadet programme pays you to build time. You can interview with just 400 hours and earn $15,000 in bonuses as you work toward Airline Transport Pilot Certificate Training Program (ATP/R-ATP) minimums. Cadets also receive mentorship, promotional materials and invitations to cadet events. Key Responsibilities Build flight hours in the way you choose — flight instructing, flying for a charter company or even towing banners; cadets are not locked into a partner school. Progress from 500 hours toward airline pilot minimums with Piedmont support as hours, training and experience grow. Requirements 400 hours total time to apply and 500 hours total time to start. No closer than 200 hours away from reaching ATP / Restricted ATP minimums. Valid United States passport, or a valid passport with authorisation to work in the United States. Licences & Qualifications FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit. Current First Class medical certificate. What We Offer $15,000 in bonuses while building time toward ATP/R-ATP minimums.
