Requirements:

You match our need, if you have:


  • Fluent English
  • Experience with the Amadeus GDS is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills, ability to plan effectively and work under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • High flexibility
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • University degree in Tourism, Business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar position
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information

Tasks:

When you join our team, you will:


Responsible for the preparation and administration of the business trips orders

Organize company business travels – flight tickets, accommodation, rent-a-cars, etc.

Research and handles visa processes where needed.

Other tasks related to the business travel topic

Works with company systems – SAP.

Supports the team in terms of administrating working time of the employees

Prepares reports
