About the Company Airbus Kazakhstan LLP is the local Airbus entity supporting the A400M MRO Network in Kazakhstan. Role Overview This position is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on the Kazakh Air Force military base, and requires full-time availability at that location. Following completion of A400M aircraft type and assimilation training in Seville if needed, you will work as part of an Airbus resident team within the A400M MRO Network, performing and certifying maintenance tasks including the supervision and certification of unlicensed mechanics tasks. The service takes place at the main operating base of each customer or at any secure MRO site around the globe, offering the opportunity to travel, live and work in other cultures. The position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognised authorities. Key Responsibilities Perform and certify both scheduled and unscheduled tasks previously agreed with the customer by Customer Services. Handle service bulletins arising from modifications not performed at the final assembly line or appearing after aircraft delivery, and support requested by the customer for various repairs or maintenance tasks. Manage small groups of non-licensed mechanics performing maintenance activities when required. Contribute to setting up working processes and practices. Take part in all aspects of technical support of a new advanced military transport aircraft. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Russian / Kazakh at negotiation level. Advanced level of English. Advanced Spanish is a plus. Licences & Qualifications EASA Part-66 licence. Military background and a PERAM 145 licence are desirable. Experience Experience in MRO on a modern digital aircraft such as the A380 or A350.
