About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Aviation Contracts Manager to join our clients growing commercial team in Papua New Guinea. This is a senior role focused on managing charter contracts, ensuring compliance with aviation standards, and driving business growth in the resource and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee charter contracts, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, SLAs, and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, contract reviews, and contractor audits.
• Develop new charter solutions, negotiate agreements, and expand market opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, ground services, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide performance and revenue reports to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in service reliability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Aviation, or a related discipline.
• 510 years experience in contract management, preferably within the aviation sector.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver revenue growth.
• Experience in PNG or other emerging markets is an advantage.
