Aviation Labour Group is currently recruiting for an experienced AME (Mechanical) or LAME (B1.3 / B1.4) to join a well-established aviation operator based in Caboolture. This is a permanent opportunity working within a general aviation environment, supporting both rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.

About the Role:
Based at a General Aviation facility in Caboolture, you will be responsible for the maintenance and airworthiness of small fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters (including Jet Ranger).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Ensure compliance with CASA regulations and safety standards
• Support troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and records

About You:

• AME (Mechanical) or LAME B1.3 / B1.4 licence
• Type rating or experience on Jet Ranger / small fixed-wing or rotary aircraft
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance and safety compliance
• Ability to work independently in a general aviation environment

• AME: $90,000 - $100,000 + super
• LAME: $150,000 - $170,000 + super
