Aircraft Mechanic (Riga, Latvia)

SmartLynx Technik is looking for experienced and motivated Aircraft Mechanics to join our Line Maintenance team in Riga. This is a great opportunity to support daily maintenance operations on a modern Airbus and Boeing fleet in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved procedures and under the supervision of certifying staff;
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on commercial aircraft, with a focus on the A320 family;
• Ensure compliance with EASA aviation standards and company safety procedures;
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and technical records;
• Work closely with licensed engineers and the engineering support team to maintain operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, with hands-on experience on the A320 family (mandatory);
• Solid understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and applicable maintenance procedures;
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Right to live and work in the European Union;
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
