Position: Maintenance Production Planner, Toronto

About the position:

We are looking for a Maintenance Production Planner to join our team.

Duties:

Review flight schedule and arrange manpower for daily coverage.
Maintain flight schedules by consolidating all flight data for operations across all stations.
Prepare the manpower schedule and review daily work packages.
Administration of the Customer Work Orders, and
Preparing Work orders and issue it to the maintenance team
Review work packages and work orders to ensure appropriate man hours, tooling and parts required.
Responsible for tracking all man hours and work completed.
Complete production planning reports.
Scan, file and maintain all paperwork as per Transport Canada requirements.
Audit completed paperwork and work packages daily for errors and provide statistics to Management.
Develop and implement new workflow processes.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance

Requirements:

Minimum two-years’ experience in a maintenance planner role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or AME license.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple time sensitive initiatives simultaneously.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced organization skills required for a fast-paced work environment.
Pro-active, result-oriented and strive for continued improvement
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to company needs
Ability to learn new software implemented.
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with the WIAMS team and clients
YYZ RAIC and airside vehicle operators permit (AVOP) YYZ is a plus
