About the Company Airbus Korea Limited operates training for airline crews converting to Airbus types. Role Overview Airbus Korea has open positions for Synthetic Flight Instructors employed directly with Airbus Korea, with flexible commuting options available such as 3/1, 6/2, 9/3 or one month on / one month off. As part of the team you will deliver all types of flight training using full flight simulators for the A330, A350 or A380, Airbus pilot training devices and classroom training. The objective is to ensure that airline crews can carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by the airworthiness authorities and Airbus, so that crews reach the required level of standard proficiency. Key Responsibilities Deliver training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardisation as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations. Instruct trainees on the various training devices. Evaluate crew progression. Produce a written report and grading of trainee performance at the end of each session. Determine whether extra training is necessary to achieve the desired level of proficiency. Participate in the improvement and development of training documentation. Licences & Qualifications Hold a valid and current ATPL for the applicable aircraft type, issued by a recognised ICAO signatory state. Be type rated on the applicable aircraft type. Experience Five years of air carrier experience. 2,000 hours as pilot in command on jet transport category aircraft. Including 500 hours of on-type experience, or two years of experience as a simulator instructor on Airbus aircraft. Additional Information Company: Airbus Korea Limited. Employment type: fixed term.
