About the Company Sun PhuQuoc Airways is a Vietnamese leisure-oriented carrier founded by Sun Group, which began commercial operations in late 2025. The airline operates a modern fleet including Airbus A320 family aircraft and connects key Vietnamese destinations, with plans for continued network growth. Recruitment is handled by Brookfield Aviation. Role Overview Sun PhuQuoc Airways is urgently hiring experienced A320 Captains for an immediate start to support its expanding flight operations. The role involves commanding Airbus A320 aircraft on domestic and regional services, reporting to the Director of Flight Operations and working in a professional team committed to safety and operational excellence. Requirements Minimum 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew aeroplanes. At least 1,500 hours on type (A320). Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on multi-crew aeroplanes, including 500 hours PIC on the A320. Last flight on type within the past 12 months. Clean accident and incident history. English language proficiency Level 4 or above. Licences & Qualifications Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by CASA, EASA, ICAO or the FAA, with A320 type rating endorsement. Current First Class Medical Certificate. What We Offer Contract: 2-year renewable Brookfield contract. Basic salary: USD 3,831 per month. Housing allowance: USD 1,000 per month. Special allowance: USD 1,500 per month. Relocation allowance: one-time USD 1,000. Flight hour rate: USD 46.15 per hour; sector rate: USD 13.85 per sector. Guaranteed minimum income of USD 5,386.15 net per month during initial line training if flying under 70 hours. Annual leave: 16 days per year. Flight tickets, ground transport and health insurance included. Family ticket support available. Flexible roster options: 5 weeks on / 1 week off, or 9 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Additional Information Base: Vietnam, supporting the growing Sun PhuQuoc Airways network. Start date: immediate, subject to successful application, documentation and onboarding. Pilots holding a valid ATPL from CASA, EASA, ICAO or the FAA with an A320 type rating endorsement are eligible to apply.
