About the Company Nouvelair Tunisie is one of Tunisia's prominent leisure carriers, operating a fleet of Airbus A320 family aircraft to domestic and international destinations. Role Overview Nouvelair is recruiting experienced A320 Captains for its Summer 2026 flying programme. Successful candidates join on a seasonal contract, flying domestic and regional routes from bases including Djerba and Monastir. The package includes a competitive captain fee, overtime pay, housing allowance, free monthly travel tickets, health and travel insurance and a roster with consecutive days off. Requirements Minimum 5,000 total flying hours on jet aircraft. Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on the A320. Last flight on the A320 within the past 6 months. English proficiency Level 4 or above. Licences & Qualifications Valid ICAO ATPL licence. Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate. What We Offer Contract: Summer 2026 season (May to October 2026), with possible extension under winter conditions. Captain fee: approximately EUR 10,200 to EUR 11,000 based on a minimum of 80 flight hours. Overtime: paid per hour above 80 flight hours. Housing allowance: provided, varying by base (Djerba or Monastir). Days off: 8 days per month, including 5 consecutive days. Monthly free travel ticket for the pilot, plus one family ticket for the contract period. Travel insurance included. Health insurance included under company terms. Assessment ticket reimbursed on successful completion of the assessment. Additional Information Base: Tunisia, with operations from Djerba and Monastir.
