Role Overview Smartwings is seeking qualified and ambitious Captains to join its Airbus A220 fleet, based in Prague (PRG). The airline invites pilots with a passion for flying, high professional standards and a desire for personal and career growth to join the team. Licences & Qualifications Class 1 Medical Certificate. Airbus A220 type rating not expired by more than one year. ICAO English level 4 or above. Valid, unrestricted EU passport. Yellow fever vaccination. Experience Minimum 3,000 hours total flying time. Minimum 500 hours total flying time as Captain on the Airbus A220. No break of more than 12 months in flying. Requirements Age between 26 and 60. No criminal record and no incident record. Proven cooperation and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills with advanced CRM traits. Stress management in an ever-changing work environment. Task sharing and delegation skills. Leadership and managerial skills focused on teamwork in an international environment. Overall problem-solving and decision-making skill set, including those required of an aviation professional. A high level of situational awareness and the ability to continually improve on this key skill. Successful completion of the company selection screening (contents and conditions are sent personally). Requirements

• Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Airbus A220 type rating not expired by more than one year.
