Are you an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Structures) seeking an exciting new opportunity? ALG Talent is partnering with a world-renowned defense and commercial aerospace company based at the Tullamarine Airport. We have a number of contract or permanent positions available.

Desired candidate possesses:

• Certified IV in Aeroskills (Structures)
• Proficiency in Composite Repairs: Your skills with composites are the building blocks of cutting-edge aerospace technology.
• Experience in Hot and Cold Blending: Your expertise in blending techniques sets you apart in the field.
• Airport Dismantling Knowledge: Your familiarity with dismantling procedures ensures safety and efficiency.
• Sound Knowledge of QA Procedures: Demonstrate a solid understanding of aviation Quality Assurance procedures.
• Aircraft Structures Maintenance: Showcase familiarity with aircraft structures maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Environment Health and Safety: Display a strong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety procedures.
• Proficiency in Technical Data: Demonstrate experience in using aircraft maintenance Technical Data.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excel in both verbal and written communication.
• Positive Team Interaction: Embrace Human Factors principles and interact effectively with co-workers.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit a knack for innovative problem-solving.
• Attention to Detail: Uphold high professional standards, ensuring attention to detail and self-motivation.
