Job description

Qualitair Aviation is currently looking for Customer Support Engineer on behalf of a client based in Holland - a leader in the development and production of various thermoplastic composite components for the international aircraft industry.

What are you going to do ? You will be:

  • an intermediary between the customer, the production and engineering departments;
  • an entrepreneurial account professional with a focus on quality and long-term customer relationships;
  • consulting the engineering and production planning status both internally and with the customer;
  • monitoring the data flow towards the customer (orders, CAD data, process specifications, quality, new technology).

Who are we looking for? Someone with:

  • higher professional education
  • with experience in similar role and technical knowledge
  • initiative-rich, self-starting and willing to emphasise team performance;
  • commercial and result-oriented;
  • with strong verbal and written skills;
  • fluent in Dutch and English in speaking and writing.
