Job description

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Understanding DOA (Design) and POA (Production) capabilities and identifying potential sales leads
  • Selling aviation Design Engineering solutions and services
  • Selling aviation components and manufactured products
  • Searching for potential customers and business cases on the market, researching the market
  • Researching customers’ needs and identifying how our solutions meet them
  • Negotiating, interacting with existing customers, handling customers’ queries
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with customers
  • Making suggestions to improve sales and customer service processes
  • Initiating projects and supervising their progress with the customers
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Active sales, negotiations, preparation of commercial offers and agreements
  • Technical information retrieval and analysis
  • Occasional participation in conferences and exhibitions all around the world

 

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • Higher education
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level; Russian language would be an advantage)
  • Proven 2+ years working experience as a sales manager in B2B sales in the global market
  • Experience in sales of engineering / technical services would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Strong time and work management skills
  • Self-motivation, desire to learn and improve
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Goal orientated with high sense of ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
