A320 Simulator Instructor

F AIR, Ltd.&nbsp;offers the&nbsp;FI Cadet Program, aimed at all applicants who hold at least a&nbsp;CPL(A) license, have teaching skills and a&nbsp;passion for aviation. Upon successfully passing the&nbsp;selection process,&nbsp;your entire FI(A) training will be covered&nbsp;and you will have the&nbsp;opportunity to sign a&nbsp;3-year contract. During the&nbsp;training, the&nbsp;cadet becomes familiar with company operations and is checked out on F AIR fleet types.

Flight Instructor Cadet Program

This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills; • Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs; • Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations; • Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses; • Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities.
