If you're passionate about translating business needs into smart, data-driven solutions and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and operations, this is your place under our wing.We will entrust you to<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and IT to define requirements and implement solutions</li><li>Work with both existing and new systems in Finance and HR domains</li><li>Partner with external vendors, stakeholders to ensure constant communication and understanding of capacity, priority and current progress of ongoing projects</li><li>Draw up specific proposals to create, modify, extend or replace systems</li><li>Plan and carry out system testing</li><li>Create and maintain documentation and implement change control processes</li></ul>What you will need to succeed<ul><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a systems analyst or solution architect</li><li>University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/IT or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgmental skills</li><li>Ability to write specifications for systems and reports</li><li>Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical documentation (both Latvian and English)</li><li>Understanding of ERP, HRIS, and DMS solutions, prior experience in MS365, Power Platform, and Power BI, will be considered as an asset</li><li>Verbal and written proficiency in English</li></ul> &nbsp;
