This is a chance to showcase your expertise in e-commerce at the leading airline in Baltics, enjoying professional growth opportunities, competitive pay, health insurance, and unique travel benefits along the way.We will entrust you toConversion &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Oversee sales performance across the airBaltic website, mobile app, affiliates, and metasearch platforms</li><li>Track Internet Booking Engine (IBE) funnel performance – sales share, look-to-book ratio, conversion rate, drop-off rate, ancillary attach rate and revenue per booking</li><li>Propose and implement initiatives to improve IBE funnel performance</li><li>Optimize ancillary attach rates to maximize revenue per booking</li></ul>Offers Management<ul><li>Ensure that relevant and accurate flight offers, fares and extra services are consistently displayed on airBaltic.com and the mobile app</li><li>Localize content for key markets (Baltics, Nordics, Western Europe, CIS)</li><li>Leverage AI-driven tools and capabilities to personalize offers and improve sales performance</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with E-commerce UX &amp; UI, Content and Web Pricing teams, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT to improve customer experience from landing page to flight departure delivering seamless digital sales performance</li></ul>What you will need to succeed<ul><li>Higher education in E-commerce, Project Management, Business Management, or related field</li><li>3–5 years experience in E-commerce (airline or travel industry preferred)</li><li>In-depth understanding of airline/travel industry distribution, booking engines and ancillary services merchandising</li><li>Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, BI dashboards, and Microsoft Clarity</li><li>Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO)</li><li>Experience working with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>High level of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Proven leadership, collaboration, and project management skills to drive initiatives end-to-end</li><li>Fluency in English (additional languages considered an advantage)</li></ul>

Online Booking Channels Manager

Reports to: Crew Optimisation ManagerDepartment: Operations Planning (OPN)Operations Planning Team (OPN) drives the growth and strategies of Cathay Pacific’s airline operations. We plan holistically for our flight operations, engineering, service delivery and the airline’s service subsidiaries, while ensuring our airline operations remain both commercially profitable and operationally reliable.In the Jeppesen Crew Pairing (JCP) and Jeppesen Crew Rostering (JCR) environment, You will lead and provide direction and support for the team of RAVE programmers in Crew Resources, to ensure that the team is optimally proficient and able to drive change.You will also be responsible for developing strategies to enhance Cathay Pacific's crew scheduling optimisation capabilities, improving crew productivity, satisfaction, and reducing costs, while working closely with the Crew Optimisation Manager and the broader delivery team.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead a team of RAVE Optimisation Analysts: manage day-to-day tasks, build in-house expertise, develop knowledge and know-how regarding RAVE coding, optimisation, calibration/tuning and analytics</li><li>Hands-on development/testing of key system enhancements to align Pairing &amp; Rostering solutions with evolving crewing restrictions and requirements.</li><li>Conduct calibration and tuning of optimisation models, perform scenario modelling, and lead exploratory studies and “what-if” analyses in response to evolving business needs</li><li>Collaborate with the team to support the modelling and fine-tuning of the Boeing Alertness Model (BAM), ensuring the accuracy in reflecting operational realities and contributes to effective fatigue risk management and crew scheduling strategies</li><li>Review, recommend and develop Jeppesen Crew Pairing (JCP) and Jeppesen Crew Rostering (JCR) system changes for crew scheduling optimisation and as a result improve productivity</li><li>Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives, including support in crew management system development and enhancements, while initiating any required business process changes</li><li>Act as focal point in discussions with Crew Scheduling business teams and vendor product teams regarding core changes and/or new features that would benefit Cathay Pacific’s operation</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Degree holder in the discipline of mathematics, technology or a related area preferred</li><li>Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Jeppesen crew planning systems or relevant optimisation systems</li><li>Experience in conceptualising creative solutions/ideas, as well as documenting and presenting them for senior management buy-in</li><li>Ability to present complex information in a simple and easily understandable way</li><li>Hold in-depth knowledge of Flight Time Limitations, understanding of the Airline Operations domain, needs and pain points</li><li>Hold in-depth knowledge of the workflow in Crew Resources &amp; Operations Analytics and how pairing and rostering solutions impact the crew planning, rostering and day-of-operations</li><li>Strong software development skills, especially in Python and Jeppesen Rave.</li><li>Strong numerical, analytical and planning skills; good computing and statistical ability</li><li>Project management skills and usage of project management tools (such as JIRA)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and work well in a team environment</li></ul><h2>Personal &amp; Application Information</h2>Cathay Pacific is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
