FL Technics Wheels &amp; Brakes &nbsp;specializes in the maintenance and repair of aircraft wheels and brakes.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To expand our team, we are looking for: COMPONENT CERTIFYING STAFFYOUR TASKS:<ul><li>Carry out disassembling, cleaning, blasting, inspection/ testing and assembly of wheels and brakes as well as their substructure components within scope of authorizations</li><li>Rectification all defects founded on component during inspection within scope of authorizations</li><li>Certify work performed by others within scope of authorizations</li><li>Provide training to new staff and trainees as and when required</li><li>Use of maintenance data, carry out and sign-off job cards within scope of authorizations</li><li>Work/ task distribution to other in according to the qualification and experience, workload, work priorities</li><li>Issue Project Release to service and EASA FORM1 for components within scope of authorizations</li><li>Proper usage and storage of tools and equipment and ensuring all special equipment to be used according to approved manuals and having sufficient qualification, knowledge, experience</li></ul>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:<ul><li>Education: Proven completed vocational training/apprenticeship certificate in a field conducive to release activity of the aircraft wheels and brakes</li></ul>&nbsp;or<ul><li>An Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) related to the type and scope of the release activity</li></ul>or<ul><li>An aeronautical diploma or certificate from the relevant field, which is conducive to the release activity</li></ul>or<ul><li>Technical school diploma/certificate</li></ul>or<ul><li>Military diploma or certificate related to the release activity, aeronautical diploma or certificate</li><li>Experience qualification acquired within last 12 months of practical maintenance experience or equivalent experience at another approved aircraft or components maintenance organization - logbooks and/or company authorization certificates</li><li>English language - sufficient, reading &amp; written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English)</li><li>Using and knowledge of the ERP system – AMOS (advantage)</li><li>Must have EU passport/residence permit</li></ul>WORKING AT FL TECHNICS:<ul><li>Exclusive experience to the aviation business industry;</li><li>Access to internal training and courses;</li><li>Supporting and cheering for your success team;</li><li>Competitive salary range, final offer will be proposed based on your experience and competencies.</li></ul>Seize this opportunity to soar to new heights with FL Technics! AVIATION COMPONENT CERTIFYING STAFF (WHEELS AND BRAKES)

FL Technics Wheels &amp; Brakes &nbsp;is specialized in the maintenance and repair of aircraft wheels and brakes.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To expand our team, we are looking for:AVIATION COMPONENT MECHANIC (WHEELS AND BRAKES)YOUR TASKS:<ul><li>Carry out Aircraft wheel and brake disassembling, cleaning, blasting, inspection and assembling as well as their substructure components within scope of authorizations;</li><li>Declare and rectification all defects founded on component during disassembling, cleaning, inspection and assembling within scope of authorizations;</li><li>Complete the signing of technical documents, and the signing of the required inspection items of the corresponding work sheet, job card or similar within scope of authorizations;</li><li>Use and strict following of maintenance data, carry out and sign-off job cards within scope of authorizations;</li><li>Receive and prioritize work orders, work sheets etc.;</li><li>Performing administration related tasks, like data entry into ERP systems (AMOS) etc. within scope of authorizations;</li><li>Work/ task distribution to other in according to the qualification and experience, workload, work priorities;</li><li>Determination and initiation of necessary repairs on components;</li><li>Proper usage and storage of tools and equipment and ensuring all special equipment to be used according to approved manuals and having sufficient qualification, knowledge, experience;</li><li>Assist other production staff as needed;</li><li>Support for other departments and managers;</li><li>Compliance with occupational safety and health, environmental protection, civil protection, fire safety requirements, and internal rules.</li></ul>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:<ul><li>Experience qualification acquired within last 6 -12 months of practical aviation maintenance experience or equivalent experience at another approved aircraft or components maintenance organization;</li><li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent foreign country level;</li><li>English language - sufficient, reading &amp; written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English);</li><li>Must hold EU passport.</li></ul>WORKING AT FL TECHNICS:<ul><li>Exclusive experience to the aviation business industry;</li><li>Access to internal training and courses;</li><li>Supporting and cheering for your success team;</li><li>Competitive salary range, final offer will be proposed based on your experience and competencies.</li></ul>Seize this opportunity to soar to new heights with FL Technics!
